Saneless apparels ships international packages via Passport International Shipping. Carriers can change at any time. All international shipments may be subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees based on the destination country's taxes. We have no control over this and are not responsible for any of these additional fees. Please allow additional time for International orders to arrive due to customs processing delays. We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. For holiday orders, please order early to allow time for processing and standard shipping.

Receiving countries may not have all shipping options available. All available shipping options will be presented to you when selecting shipping at your time of purchase. If an option is not available to you when making your selection we are unable to manually add it please choose an available option. 

Orders shipped to the EU from July 1st, 2021: To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the EU €150 and Under.

We ship our packages DDU (Duties Delivered Unpaid), and for some non-US  countries additional import fees may need to be paid in order to release your order.  Unfortunately we can't be responsible to any additional import charges charged by your country's import laws, and those are your responsibility to pay.

Processing and Handling Notice: Please allow 1 - 5 business days on top of the shipping speed selected. Once your order is placed on our website, please allow for the order to be processed with a shipping label printed, prepared and packed, ready for shipping. Items in your order may ship separately to speed up processing. You will receive tracking information for each part of your order. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping method. Thank you!

Order Processing

We are working hard to process and ship all orders as soon as they are received. Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays. Our standard processing time is 2 - 5 business days. Orders “awaiting fulfillment” are being processed by our warehouse and will be shipped soon. Orders placed after 12pm PST will start to be processed the next business day. 

Tracking numbers are confirmed as soon as an order ships. Items in your order may ship separately to speed up processing, and you will receive tracking information for each part of your order.

We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. 

Change an Order

We are unable to change the items in an order or add additional items to an order once your order has been placed.

Please contact us ASAP so we can attempt to cancel your order so you can place a new order with any changes you wish to make. If it has not been processed by our fulfillment center we will attempt to stop the shipment. We cannot guarantee a cancellation after orders are placed. You can return your order to us after you have received it, provided it is eligible for a return (See help section Returns & Refunds).

Cancel an Order

Please contact us ASAP to cancel your order. If your order has not been processed by our fulfillment center we will attempt to stop the shipment. Card companies usually take 0 to 5 days to return the payment back into your account. However, it can take 2 or 3 billing cycles for the refund to show up on your printed credit card statement. Please check with your credit card company.
